Civil Contractor for Caltex Service Centres at Mudgeeraba and Birtinya.
Mudgeeraba was a refurb of the old service station, we cut into the hill side to claim additional useable land for the new facility. More than 800 m3 cut to fill, over 4000 sqm of pavement and building pad, 150m of stormwater water and 15 drainage structures.
Birtinya was a greenfield site of more than 6000 sqm. 3000+ m3 subgrade replacement, more than 400m of stormwater, 250m of sewer, 200m of water, over 1000 Tonnes of roadbase for all pavement areas.
