ATTAIN was engaged by Evans Built to complete a small carpark construction inside the Burnside State High School. Only a 13 bay carpark, but it was built on the side of a hill requiring over 300m3 of materials to be imported and tiered up the hill to create a stable subgrade base from which to build the carpark on.
ATTAINs scope included all stormwater installation, pavements, kerb and channel, asphalt and line marking. The proejct had to be completed within a school holiday period of 2 weeks which provided a very narrow and tight timeline for works to be scheduled and completed. Some long hours and tight project management successfully delivered the job.
A small but complex little job with a very technical bulk earthworks fill regime.
