ATTAIN completed all site clearing works, bulk excavations, civil stormwater, access roads and carpark construction for the School’s new facility.
This project was technically challenging, having to build a large Engineered piling platform that was tiered up a steep hill in order for piles to be installed ahead of deep basement style excavations. Once piling was complete the piling platform was removed and bulk excavations occurred mainly in hard rock with over 2000m3 of cut and export from site.
The Civil stormwater involved more than 200 lineal metres of pipe to be installed predominately in rock and 9 prefabricated detention tanks.
A new realigned asphalt access road was constructed to access the school area and a 12 bay carpark extension completed with in the school. ATTAIN completed the full construction of these with all bulk earthworks, subsoil drains, pavement construction, kerbs, asphalt and line marking.
