ATTAIN completed all demolition, bulk earthworks, civil stormwater, carpark works and road widening as part of the project to deliver a new greenfields ambulance station to Morayfield.
Bulk Earthworks were over an 8000 sqm area and included 2,500m3 of cut and 500m3 of fill. We had more than 2900 sqm of concrete carpark and driveways to prepare with roadbase ready for concrete placement.
The civil stormwater involved large swale surface drainage structures, construction of detention basin, a bio retention basin and more than 350 lineal metres of civil stormwater pipe installed.
Additionally, we have a major road widening requirement to create safe turning lanes into and out of the new facility and worked closely with Moreton Bay Regional Council to plan, execute and deliver quality roadworks to specification.
